The SCHMIDT Group’s headquarters have been located in Heilbronn am Neckar since the company’s foundation in 1948. All activities throughout Europe are controlled and co-ordinated in Heilbronn.

The Board of Directors and company management are located in Heilbronn together with the corporate administration department. Heilbronn is the interface of the entire SCHMIDT IT-network and is home to the quality management and driver’s training departments. The corporate engineering department is responsible for drafting, planning and co-ordinating logistic outsourcing projects and technical facilities within the SCHMIDT Group.

Additionally, the SCHMIDT corporate traffic and customer service departments are in Heilbronn together with cleaning, spare parts, repair and maintenance facilities.
