As early as 1967, the SCHMIDT Group opened a subsidiary office at Langweid-Foret near Augsburg in Southern Germany, to provide services to this region’s chemical industry.
A fleet of road tankers effecting both national and international transports is based at Langweid-Foret.
Services available comprise repair and maintenance, tank cleaning, container handling, silo and conventional warehousing storage. The Langweid-Foret logistics centre is an important hub within the SCHMIDT network.
